This collection is inspired by all the summer jobs I’ve had in my hometown of Kansas City - more specifically, the acute feeling of escape, freedom and exhiliration I’d feel driving home each day down long, winding highways back toward the city. I want to capture that feeling of shedding one’s skin at the end of the workday with these oversized pieces that radiate off of the body like heat on a balmy summer evening.
